System Administrator

Must Have:

  • 4 years operational experience with SCCM 2012, design experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Group Policy Management. 2 or more years in a multi OS environment, multi domain experience is a plus
  • Operating System Deployment – 2 or more years supporting either an SCCM OSD setup or an MDT setup
  • Desktop Virtualization – knowledge on maintaining a desktop os in a VMWare environment. XenDesktop, Horizon View, and multi hypervisor experience is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional remote and possibly onsite support to diagnose and resolve all issues related to hardware, operating systems, software applications, security, performance, connectivity and functionality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills such as telephone presence, active listening and customer care
  • Consult on how individual clients use technology in order to provide better service
  • Remain up-to-date with current and emerging technologies and trends
  • Ensure that all client questions, concerns and problems are addressed and responded to in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to our clientele
  • Design, implement and routinely test disaster recovery plans and procedures for clients
Information Security Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Consultancy to protect the company from possible cyber attacks.

Areas of counseling:

  • Detection and fast response to occurring security incidents
  • Global security monitoring and correlation of captured events
  • Continuous vulnerability scanning and remediation assistance to prevent potential cyber attacks
  • Proper scoping of an incident and detecting all compromised systems in the enterprise
  • Identification of exactly how a breach may have occurred and what was stolen and recording of the threat intelligence to be used in the event of a similar adversary returning to the enterprise
  • Using Encase Enterprise with both the forensic and incident response module within encase
  • Digital forensics for both internal and external Compliance cases supporting legal and the business objectives.
  • Participate in training and research to ensure that technical skill set stays current with modern practices and methodologies. This should include conferences and online training as well as knowledge transfer to the team via internal training, documentation and process development and maintenance.

Education and skills:

  • Sound knowledge of Information Security principles & technical security controls
  • Strong and demonstrable analytical skills
  • Expert knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
    • Security Incident Management and Response (IR)
    • Security Reporting, KPI, KRI
  • Digital forensics both internal and external Compliance cases supporting legal and the business objectives
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
  • General knowledge of information security, including infrastructure security, network security, virtualization and cloud environments, identity and access management, client and server side encryption, compliance frameworks, and other regulatory requirements such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA
  • Understand the protection technologies for hosted web services
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities from a CERT / CSIRT
  • Threat and adversary intelligence and real incident response tactics
  • Remote and Enterprise incident response
  • Understand the key tools, techniques, and procedures an security incident response team needs to properly respond to intrusions
  • At least 5 years experience in Information Security
  • At least 3 years experience in Security Incident Management
  • At least 3 years experience in digital forensics
  • At least 3 years experience in SIEM
  • Excellent English skills
